We’ve been on the house tour several times so on this trip we just wanted to visit the winery and surrounding shops. They sell tickets to the state house saying its by appointment only. We tried to change our time and they said we couldnt , when we got there we noticed that was not by appointment There are more attractions spread out into seperate areas on the Estate.

Be prepaired to do some walking. Not too handicap friendly. Long distances from Handicap parking lots with uphill grades hard on those pushing wheel chairs. There are closer drop off points for those who are passengers.

It was raining the day we had passes so didn’t enjoy the visit. Had it been a good day my coments may have been better. The inside of the mansion was as beautiful as I had remembered it.

This is a really great place to visit but quite expensive. We visited during the pandemic, and unfortunately many attractions that were supposed to be included closed down early with no notice.

It was very disappointing because we had planned to spend more time there. It is a beautiful place. I think I would like to go back one day and get the whole experience. It is an amazing property. We did the Legacy of the Land tour and I did the Rooftop tour as well as the house tour.

We also ate at the Stable Restaurant for lunch. A little pricey, but fun to do if you want the ambiance. We had a great 2n stay here, on what was our first visit to Asheville. Primarily came to visit the Biltmore estate, and it was less than a mile from this hotel to the entrance! Room was nicely appointed, quiet ,very comfortable beds and pillows.

Good offerings for breakfast. Would highly recommend this to anyone for the proximity to the estate. Breakfast selection was good. The quality was microwave style foods which didn’t taste very good, but to each its own. I appreciate the variety in the options they did have so there is something for several palettes.

The location was great, a stones throw from the Biltmore Estate and not too far from downtown Asheville very easy to get to. The room and hotel were clean, and had good sanitation measures in place to protect guests. We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was well appointed, roomy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very pricey, but, you could not beat the location to the Biltmore Village, Biltmore Estates, the Freeways, and the Blueridge Parkway.

The location of the apartment home was great for the sites we visited. Pisgah, for example. We enjoyed the lodging layout, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Thank you for a memorable stay! This hotel is a good value for Asheville. The location is excellent: you can walk to shopping and restaurants. Free parking. In room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Needed a place close to Biltmore Estate with multiple bedrooms to avoid having to book to rooms in a traditional hotel.

Location near Biltmore Estate and village shops. Hotel staff were exceptional in service and were personable. Beds were very comfortable. All you have to do is check the Asheville Urban Trail website for maps and get exploring. Just to make Downtown even better, it also offers great public transport to the trails around the city where you can go hiking, camping, or just relax in nature as well as being close to Asheville Regional Airport.

The only downside is that you might find free parking harder to come by in the city center. This is a great pick for anyone traveling in a group or with kids due to the beautifully spacious rooms. The cottage has room for 4 people and includes a large balcony where you can enjoy views of the surrounding area.
