Historically, homes in the best school districts have held their value better than homes in inferior school districts. There are two elementary schools located near Belterra. Rooster Springs is located within the neighborhoods boundaries and Sycamore Springs, a new school built to serve the influx of kids to the Belterra area, is located right next to Highpointe. Sycamore Springs Middle School is one of two middle schools in the district. Now, they only have to travel a few minutes.
