Nice renovated hotel. The staff is great and the food is very tasty! Yea, I forgot to say that every kiddo got a free toy when we went down to eat.
We’ll be back for sure. Situated in Cannon Beach, within metres of Cannon Beach and 2. Cozy and peaceful place. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The towels decorations are a plus.
We will try to stay here next time we go by the area. Situated in Medford, 38 km from Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club Lodging features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Room was lovely. Like having a deck off the room to view golf. Love the area and felt save on walking paths and surrounding area. Perfect for our visit to Crater lake and other scenic locateions. Popular with guests booking hotels in Oregon. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant, featuring an outdoor patio.
Free parking is also included. Perfect location, just a minute away from downtown Ashland. This place is stunning very exquisite! The whole hotel was tastefully decorated. Very comfortable, super clean room. Set in a traditional Bostonian brownstone building, The Orenco hotel is located in Hillsboro, Oregon. The hotel features a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast, and free Wi-Fi access. I think they are true to their motto, keep it simple. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms.
Each accommodation at this Lincoln City hotel features ocean views and a gas fireplace. We love staying at this property and have visited several times. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi and serves a daily full hot breakfast.
Good breakfast. Calming place. A hot breakfast is served daily. Free Wi-Fi is included in all guest rooms. Very convenient, rooms were very spacious; sheets and towels smelled good, not that hot, burned, Wallowa Lake is 30 miles from this Oregon motel.
The decor and the atmosphere were what we liked the most. Also, it was quiet. Located on Highway , this hotel offers a free weekend shuttle to Chinook Winds Casino just 1 mile away. It features an indoor pool and rooms with a flat-screen TV. Location was great, very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Situated in Oakland, within metres of Rice Hill and 7. Awesome room.
The kids loved it. Situated in Portland, 1. I’ve been coming to this motel since Norblad Hotel is a historic year-old building located in Astoria, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the restaurants and shops lining the Astoria Riverwalk.
Free WiFi access is available. The guy working the front counter was so nice! He was very personable and welcoming! Situated in the historic Lewis Building in the city centre of Astoria, the Selina Commodore Astoria features an on-site restaurant. The history of the hotel, great helpful front desk agent and the quaint room. Boasting an indoor pool and hot tub, this Wilsonville hotel offers a daily complimentary breakfast. The staff was wonderful. Pool was open by appt. This oceanfront hotel in downtown Cannon Beach, Oregon is just steps from the beach.
Schooner’s Cove Inn features spacious suites with an ocean view balcony, a gas fireplace and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the size of the room and the view from the living room. They feature fireplaces and views of the marina. Gorgeous beautiful Marina view. I think all the rooms have the Marina view. Spotless and comfortable. Perfect for myself and my son, the bed nook gave me enough privacy while Location was great and able to have our pets. Beautiful view and lovely place to stay.
The inside of the cabin is really cozy with a woods stove. Portland , Bend and Lincoln City are popular with other travellers visiting Oregon.
Seaside brewery is a must. Hit the waves if you can, the water is great! Almost everything is within a 30min walk, or 10min drive. Grants Pass was an excellent base for exploring the wine district of this part of Oregon. The wine was very good and produced with great enthusiasm. The wineries offered an excellent experience. Portland Oregon is lovely, the people are kind, the streets are clean.
Seems like a great city to raise a young family or maybe even retire. Transportation is great, , we enjoyed Bridgeport Brewery great food and service, and Yama Sushi excellent. We have been staying in Lincoln City for 3 weeks for many years.
We rent a vacation home or condo. What we love is that it is a great Central location so that we can decide to revisit the South Oregon coast or head up to some of the North Oregon areas. We can stay a night and our vaction home is still waiting for us in Lincoln City.
The beach is outstanding at any time of the year and in any weather. Restaurants abound in this town and we love the Seafood Buffet at Chinook Winds on Fridays, it is great value. We tried ‘Mist’ at Surfside for lunch and it was superb. Mo’s in Taft is not as good as it used to be, the service was excellent but the food now is lacking so we won’t be returning. If you are over 50 go to the Casino and register for a ‘Boomer’ card.
Bend was my favorite place to visit in Oregon. There was plenty of parking so you could enjoy downtown. Also, a nice variety of restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Lebanese restaurant, called “Joolz. There was a nice variety of pubs and restaurants to choose from that would suit anyone’s palate. For those shoppers, cute shops in downtown or a quick drive to the outskirts to find outlet shopping. Also, one could find a variety of outdoor sports to partake in, from sledding, to skiing and snowboarding, to snowmobiling at Mt.
Bachelor and the various snow parks. Bend offers something for everyone! My favorite places where the Promenade and the central street with beautiful bistros and vintage diners. I spent some time at Funland and also enjoyed italian food at Nonni’s.
Seaside is a nice stop in the Oregon roadtrip. A fairly central location which gives you proximity to most of Northern or Central Oregon Coast within an hour or two and Portland and Salem. Numerous choice of restaurants for the varying budgets. A bit of everything fun for every age and activity eg.
Hiking, biking, romantic walks, shopping, golf, spa treatments, kite flying, fishing, crabbing etc. Leave enough time to see all the history.
The Museum alone could be half a day of exploring. Tualatin is a nice picture perfect suburb of the over all Portland, Oregon area.
There isn’t much there. It is quiet with a few restaurants to choose from. There are no malls or very many shopping venues. I chose one night in llwaco, Washington on the way into the area, and one night in Seaside because it was convenient to the highway home. With so many things to do in Seaside, including beach activities like kite flying, cool shops, great food, we wanted to take pictures and enjoy our final day doing a variety of things.
It brought back many great memories from our other visits to the Oregon coast. I recommend taking a helicopter ride! We were actually given a choice of floors and by suggestion choose the top floor 4th , which we were very happy with. The beds are large and comfortable. The room was clean and we actually had a view of the bridge from our window. The ocean is not viewable from the Hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Oregon Aquarium though it would still be a long walk. We drove and given it was a week day there was plenty of parking available. There is a tourist shopping area just behind the hotel that is easy walking that is enjoyable.
Best steak we ever had in years!! Service was outstanding, the waitress was the friendliest person and very dedicated to her job. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the hotel was in a great location downtown. I didn’t spend much time in my room or at the hotel in general, but everything was great. I got an egg sandwich to go and wasn’t expecting too much other than for it to hit the spot for the drive home and it was fantastic! I appreciate that they start serving coffee and breakfast at a.
I also like the theme of the hotel – and ode to the history of the University of Oregon. The location and the building are classic. The view of the bridge and river are excellent. Rooms are spacious and updated. Real balconies and patios. Very pleased with the property and staff. Just a few steps to the reason we travel to Oregon coast, the beach. We will be back. The convenient location, balcony and room amenities. We particularly like hotel rooms that offer the option to watch television or drink our a.
The futon sofa and chairs on the balcony provided that option. Staff are more than polite; they’re one step from perfection! I’ll always stay at the hotel when I’m down in Newport, Oregon. The very best from the hotel industry! Huge rooms. Very few people in this huge complex. Good part of town to stay. Best hotel value in town!
Hotels downtown are all funky. Great food and drinks!!! No breakfast when we were there. But Denny’s was very good believe it or not. Museum is good. Liked the staff at the desk. Friendly and helpful! The room was not as nice as expected, given we stayed for a week and expected “room with a view,” meaning frontside room facing beach. Liked the location of the hotel otherwise. Beds, in all honesty, need better mattresses! Still, it was Oregon and oceanside.
Facility is quite nice, staff were great, parking structure safe and proximate. The “covid” modified breakfast was varied wit hot items included. A happy hour, pool- time by appointment and a shopping area surrounding the hotel including restaurants and a Trader Joe make this a great venue for Eugene, Oregon!
Amazing Resort! Beautiful mid-century modern design in the woods. Great facilities. They are really trying to step lodging on the Oregon coast up a notch from the tired old 80’s hotels with bad clam chowder that dot the coast. The food selections at the market are fantastic and well priced too!

Room was fine – spacious and with all the amenities and more you would expect in a budget hotel. Some wonderful walks across the river. We always love staying at this hotel as we travel to and from southern Oregon. It’s about half way between our home and where our family lives.
The rooms are very spacious and we love having a room with a view of the lake. This hotel is in a great location. You are able to access many restaurants and shopping places. We were not familiar with the area but it was easy to get around and it wasn’t far form the University of Oregon. This is definitely our new favorite hotel on the Oregon Coast! We travel with our dogs and the beach is a flight of stairs down to the sand. We will stay here again!
Melissa at the front desk was hands down the best reception your hotel could have!! She was absolutely amazing!! Blessed to have gotten to interact with her!! Right downtown, near great brewery, Fort George, but not noise. Charming old hotel refurnished. Boutique Hotel. Norblad who was later a governor of Oregon. Error: Please enter a valid email address.
