The Dale Chihuly glass works are stunning! Walt Okon Springfield, VA 6 contributions. Review of: Lake Wallenpaupack. We completed our week stay at the Knollwood Lakefront Cape house.
It was an excellent setting for us. The house was excellent in all aspects. The fact that it had three master bedroom each with it own private bath was the big draw. The landscaping was extremely well done with the very steep grade down to the lake. We enjoyed the decks; The large upper deck provided and excellent view of the Lake and was perfect for outdoor dining, and the downstairs screened in deck was very well finished with polished wood and very clean. We loved the picnic table on the upper deck and had an outdoor lunch there in the sunshine.
The house was very clean and set up to reflect quality. Our ladies loved the kitchen size, counter space, and appliances. The men enjoyed the wood burning fireplace in the family room and the Firepit outside. The internet was excellent and appreciated. The TV and the channel availability was exceptional. In addition, the house had an excellent dock to park our Tritoon boat.
The outdoor landscape lighting made the house and grounds look magical at night. This was the perfect home for us away from Home. We all want to come back to this house again. Walt Okon, Springfield, Virginia. Review of: Hershey Gardens. Beautiful afternoon stroll.
The gardens are very well maintained, with a large variety of different areas. I especially liked the labyrinth and the Japanese garden.

Eddie R Elgin, IL contributions. Review of: Gettysburg National Military Park. Birthday trip. Fist time I’ve went to this Battlefield. Drove around the first day and went into the visitor center and tour the museum and read alot of things about the battle. Went into the information center where a found out alot about my great great grandfather from the Civil War. Had a guide take us through on the second day and he was great.
Told us alot of things about the war, the direction it came from and it went. Where the battle line where drawn and where the different units where and the direction of movement. Was so glad that we got the guide. He was full of knowledge and was from Gettysburg. He definitely knew his stuff, so fully recommend getting a guide for this trip. We had a blast doing this tour. Review of: Raystown Lake. My wife and I do videos, photography! We visited hawns overlook, ridenours overlook very awesome experience.
Enjoyed all of lake raystown life is good! Review of: Presque Isle State Park. Gull Point Trail. The park was great and had plenty of smaller walks and viewpoints to take it. I mainly wanted to comment on Gull Point Trail when we were there – the trail was rerouted around the beach and took about 3 miles roundtrip. Lead to an observation tower. Overall, the wall and views were not worth the length of the trail.
But the park overall, is great. Namespaces Article Talk. Views Read Edit View history. Help Learn to edit Community portal Recent changes Upload file. Download as PDF Printable version.
