The hotel is not a 4 star in my opinion. I guess in nyc terms it might be because room – bathroom were a good size. Location was good, staff excellent. A freshen up would be beneficial. Lively bar. In general ok place to stay and would recommend.

Great City loads to do, we used the hop on hop off bus and walked a lot also. New York is a wonderful city and we really enjoyed our time there. There is so much to do and to explore. We enjoyed all the sights and also going off to wonder around the lesser visited areas. We’ll be back! Nice vibrant city.

Full of weed smell, not very clean, even when we were staying at midtown. Overall apart from building architecture, nice museams not much to write home about.

Pretty expensive overall. The location was amazing for a stay in New York City!! It is not only in the times square area, but it also has so many of the subway stations close by that it really is an amazing hotel location. I was pregnant at the time of my stay so having things close by and tons of options to get back to the hotel in case I needed to go back to the bathroom, BTW there is a bathroom in the lobby that works with your hotel room card so you don’t have to go all the way back up to your room was a big deal and would recommend just based on location.

Middle of Manhattan, 15 minutes walk to times square. Metro station there is one in the front left side of the Hotel and one at the back of the property bit of 5min walk Central park was 10minute walk away Lea is now an NYU student – grace to all of you, too! Arian – you made our every single day, after breakfast with you! I hope to see you all in summer, like every summer, well and busy! Thank you for our days in NYC while Lea auditioned. You were the best. Great room I’m sure its a big space for Manhattan with a king bed, separate lounge, kitchenette, and decent sizes bathroom.

While most hotels are using Covid as an excuse not to clean the rooms daily ours was done each day even if we headed out around lunchtime. We really liked it here and would not hesitate to recommend it to budget conscious travelers like myself. This would have to be the best value in Manhattan. Surprisingly quiet – very comfortable. Reasonably-sized room considering it’s in New York. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Tick Tock diner is attached to the hotel which really helps and has lovely food! We got a great room on 25th floor. The staff were very helpful, luggage storage felt safe and secure. Our Amazon packages were received with no problem. Water filling station on our floor was useful.
